1. Welcome to Just Link
Just Link is a link-in-bio service that lets you create a single, customisable public page (your “User Page”) to share your most relevant links and content with your audience. The Service is operated by 54.535.421 GUILHERME SCHIRMANN BRANDALISE (“Just Link”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 54.535.421/0001-46, with registered address at Rua Alecrim, 30, Arvoredo, Concórdia/SC, CEP 89701-414, Brasil. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policy, guideline or notice we publish on jstl.ink (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of jstl.ink and any related features (the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service in any way (including by visiting a User Page) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is a neutral technology platform that enables Users to publish and share their own content. We do not create, select, monitor, endorse, verify or take responsibility for User content, User Pages, the destinations they link to, or any communication, transaction or relationship between Users and visitors. Anything you find on or through a User Page is the sole responsibility of the User who published it.
2. Changes to these Terms
The Service evolves over time, and we may need to update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security or business changes. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where reasonably possible, give you advance notice (for example, by email or through an in-product notice). It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the Service and close your account.
We may also add, modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service, any plan, feature, functionality, integration or availability, temporarily or permanently, at any time, including for security, legal, technical or business reasons. Where reasonably practical, we may give notice, but we are not obligated to keep any feature or plan available for any specific period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for changes, interruptions or discontinuance of the Service or any part of it.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under the laws of your country of residence to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to agree to these Terms on their behalf and that the entity or person you represent also meets the eligibility requirements. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, request proof of age or capacity, and we may suspend or terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password and any third-party log-in (such as Google or Discord) you use to access the Service. You agree to use a strong password, not to share your credentials, and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not transfer your account to anyone else, and you may not use bots or other automated means to create multiple accounts.
4. Your username
When you create an account you choose a username (the slug used in your User Page URL, for example jstl.ink/yourname). Your username must respect the rights of others. You may not pick a username that:
• infringes someone else’s trademark, brand, name or other intellectual property rights;
• impersonates another person, brand or organisation;
• is offensive, vulgar, hateful or otherwise inappropriate; or
• is registered in bad faith for the purpose of resale (“username squatting”).
If a username conflict arises, we will assess the situation fairly and may ask you to change it, or, where appropriate, reassign or release the username. If you have not logged in or your account has shown no activity for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, reclaim or reassign your username.
5. Managing your plan
You can use the Service on a free plan or on a paid plan, sometimes through a free trial or promotional offer. Your plan starts when you accept these Terms and continues until you cancel it or we terminate it under these Terms. By starting a paid subscription you authorise us (through our payment processor) to charge the recurring subscription fee on each renewal date.
UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE NEXT RENEWAL DATE, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORISE US TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR THE APPLICABLE FEES AND TAXES. Mandatory cancellation rights under your local law are not affected by this paragraph.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing area of your dashboard. When you cancel, your paid plan will normally remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will revert to the free plan. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. We may change our subscription plans, features and prices at any time, with reasonable advance notice for material changes. If you do not agree with the new pricing or terms, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
If you delete your account, you will lose access to your User Page, your content and any plan benefits. Account deletion is generally not reversible.
Plan features, usage limits and availability may differ by plan and may change from time to time. You are responsible for exporting or backing up any content you want to keep before cancellation, downgrade, deletion or the end of a trial, because access to your content, paid features or certain historical data may no longer be available afterwards.
We do not offer or commit to any service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, response-time commitment or specific quality of service for any plan, free or paid, unless we expressly agree otherwise in a separate written contract signed by us. Free plans are provided as a courtesy and may be modified, limited, throttled, suspended or discontinued at any time, with or without notice and without liability.
6. Fees, payment and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as you choose at checkout). When you subscribe you must provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method. If a payment fails (for example, because your card has expired), we may retry the charge, request updated payment information, send you an invoice to settle, suspend access to paid features, downgrade your account to the free plan, or terminate the affected subscription.
Subscription fees and any applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) will be shown at checkout and on your invoices. Where required by law, taxes will be added on top of the displayed price. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you and that are not collected by us at checkout.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for paid plans. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle’s applicable terms and privacy notice as the seller of record for the transaction. We are not responsible for errors, delays, reversals, bank fees or other issues caused by payment networks, card issuers, banks or Paddle.
If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute, or if a payment is flagged as fraudulent or unlawful, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features, revoke discounts or promotional eligibility, and recover the unpaid amount and reasonable costs to the extent permitted by law. Any refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Your content
“Your content” means the text, links, images, videos, social profiles, styling and any other materials you upload, post or otherwise make available through the Service — including everything that appears on your User Page and any destination, offer or message you choose to present through it.
You are solely responsible for your content, your User Page, the claims you make, the links and destinations you publish, and any products, services, offers, promotions or other interactions you advertise, facilitate or direct visitors to through your User Page. We are not a seller, broker, publisher, advertiser, counterparty or fiduciary in relation to your content or any interaction between you and a visitor, customer or third party.
By posting content through the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• the content is yours, or you have all the rights, licences and permissions necessary to share it on the Service;
• the content does not infringe anyone’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property or other rights;
• the content is accurate and not misleading, deceptive or unlawful;
• the content does not contain viruses, malicious code or other harmful elements;
• the content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
You are also solely responsible for making any disclosures, notices, consents or terms that apply to your content, your audience or your linked destinations, and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and industry rules, including privacy, intellectual property, advertising, consumer-protection, sanctions and tax requirements.
Because content shown on a User Page is publicly visible, you should not publish information you do not want to be visible to anyone on the internet (such as government identification numbers, passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal data). You may only publish another person’s personal information if you have their consent and a valid legal basis to do so. Once content is public, it may be copied, cached, indexed, archived, mirrored, republished or stored by search engines, social networks, browsers, internet archives and other third parties, and it may remain accessible even after you edit or remove it. We do not control or guarantee removal from those third-party systems and we have no obligation to attempt removal on your behalf.
If your User Page collects, processes or otherwise involves personal data of your visitors, customers or contacts (including through forms, click tracking on your destinations, integrations you set up, cookies or similar technologies that you choose to deploy), you are the sole and independent controller of that data and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, data-protection, cookie, marketing, consumer-protection and electronic-communications laws, including providing your own privacy notice, obtaining lawful basis and consent, and honouring data-subject rights.
We do not endorse, verify or assume responsibility for your content or for any third-party destination linked from your User Page. We have no general obligation to monitor, review, fact-check, moderate or investigate content. We may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice, modify, restrict access to, label, preserve, disclose, remove, refuse to display or refuse to host any content or User Page that we believe (acting reasonably) violates these Terms, infringes any right, breaches any law, or creates legal, reputational, security or operational risk for the Service, other Users or third parties. We have no liability to you or to anyone else for taking, or not taking, any of these actions.
8. Licence to your content
You retain ownership of your content. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and otherwise use your content as needed to provide and improve the Service (for example, to render your User Page, generate previews, deliver thumbnails, cache content, create security or disaster-recovery backups, provide analytics, and keep the Service available across networks and devices).
This licence ends when you delete your content or your account, except to the extent that the content has been shared with others who keep copies, has been indexed or cached by third parties, or where we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, evidentiary or operational reasons. Residual copies may remain in backups, logs, caches and replicated systems for a limited period, and we are not obligated to restore deleted content.
9. Acceptable use
To keep the Service safe and trustworthy for everyone, you agree not to use the Service (and not to allow anyone else to use the Service through you) to:
• publish content that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, libellous, threatening, harassing, bullying, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually exploitative, or that infringes the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral and contractual rights);
• distribute or link to malware, viruses, phishing pages, credential-harvesting tools, scam links, deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits, sexualises or endangers minors in any way;
• impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, or use a username, profile picture, name or branding designed to create such confusion;
• send or facilitate unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, spam, chain messages, pyramid or multi-level-marketing schemes, fake reviews, or artificially inflated traffic or engagement;
• promote, sell, distribute or link to regulated, restricted or prohibited goods or services without holding all required licences, authorisations and disclosures (including but not limited to firearms and weapons, controlled substances, prescription pharmaceuticals, tobacco and vaping products, gambling, financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or professional advice, cryptocurrencies and digital assets, sexual or adult content without proper age-verification, counterfeit goods, stolen credentials or data);
• publish or link to content that violates export-control, sanctions or anti-money-laundering laws, or use the Service from, or for the benefit of, any country, region, person or entity subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions;
• collect, expose, dox or otherwise misuse personal information of others, or process personal data without a lawful basis or required consent;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, attack, probe, vulnerability-test, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, our infrastructure, other accounts, other Users or the security mechanisms protecting any of them;
• scrape, crawl, mirror, index, harvest or otherwise collect content or data from the Service or from User Pages using automated tools, bots or AI training pipelines, except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by robots.txt;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service or any part of it, or use the Service to build a competing product;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation or industry rule, including privacy, data-protection, advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, financial, anti-fraud and tax laws.
Some content may be lawful in one jurisdiction but not in another. We may take appropriate steps to keep the Service safe, including restricting, geo-blocking or removing content in specific regions, with or without notice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in every jurisdiction where your User Page is accessible.
10. Transactions, offers and visitor interactions
Any product, service, offer, promotion, donation, subscription, course, download, message, sale, payment, delivery, refund or other transaction or interaction that you facilitate, advertise or direct visitors to through your User Page is solely between you (or the third party you link to) and the visitor or customer. We are not a party to it. We are not a seller, broker, agent, marketplace, escrow, advertiser, fiduciary or representative for any such transaction or interaction.
We do not vet, verify, endorse, intermediate or guarantee any User, visitor, third-party destination, payment, product, service or claim. We have no responsibility or liability for the existence, quality, legality, safety, accuracy or delivery of any goods or services, for the truthfulness of any statement made on a User Page, for the conduct of any party, or for any loss, harm, dispute, refund, chargeback, fraud, tax, complaint or claim arising out of or related to such transactions or interactions, even if facilitated through links, buttons, forms, integrations or features made available by the Service.
Disputes arising from such transactions or interactions are to be resolved directly between the parties involved.
11. Reporting illegal content and intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content available through the Service is illegal, infringes your intellectual-property rights, violates your privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise breaches these Terms, please send a written notice to [email protected] including: (a) your full name and contact details; (b) identification of the content and the URL where it appears; (c) a clear description of the alleged infringement, illegality or breach and the legal basis for your claim; (d) where you act on behalf of a rights holder, evidence of your authority; (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury or equivalent local sanction, that the information is accurate and that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is unauthorised or unlawful; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
We will assess valid notices in good faith and may, at our sole discretion and without any obligation, remove or disable access to the relevant content, suspend or terminate the responsible account, forward the notice (including your contact details) to the affected User, preserve relevant data to comply with the law, and take any other action we consider appropriate. Submitting a knowingly false or abusive notice may make you liable for damages and costs. Nothing in this section creates an obligation for us to act on any specific notice or within any specific time, and nothing here waives or limits any safe-harbour, intermediary-liability or hosting-provider protection available to us under applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, suspend, restrict, downgrade, deactivate or terminate your account, your access to the Service, your User Page, your username or any of your content, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice and without liability to you or anyone else, including (without limitation) if:
• you breach these Terms or any policy referenced in them, or we reasonably believe you are about to do so;
• your payment fails, is reversed, charged back, refunded or flagged as fraudulent, or is not resolved within a reasonable time — in which case we may also downgrade your paid plan to the free plan with reduced features;
• we receive a complaint, dispute, notice or allegation concerning your content, your rights to it, your username, your conduct, or a transaction connected to your User Page;
• we are required or requested to do so to comply with a legal obligation, court order, regulatory request, sanctions list or request from a competent authority;
• we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect you, us, other Users, visitors, third parties, our infrastructure or our reputation from harm, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal exposure;
• your account has been inactive for an extended period (for example, six months or more on a free plan); or
• we decide, for any other lawful reason, to stop providing the Service to you.
The action we take will depend on the nature and severity of the issue. We may act automatically or manually. We are not required to monitor the Service, investigate every complaint, give reasons, provide copies of content, preserve content, give advance notice or restore access following suspension or removal. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
If we terminate, downgrade or suspend your account under this section, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid, except where required by applicable law. We are not responsible for content, data, traffic, audience, business opportunities, revenue or other losses that become inaccessible or are lost because your account, subscription, content, username or links are suspended, terminated, downgraded, filtered, geo-blocked, deindexed or removed.
13. Our Service and intellectual property
The Service, including its software, source code, design, layout, graphics, templates, animations, logos, brand names, documentation and any content we provide (other than your content), is owned by Just Link or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Service to create and manage your User Page for its intended purpose.
You may not use our brand, logo or trade marks without our prior written permission, including in any way that suggests partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by us. Any rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Just Link.
14. Third-party services and links
The Service integrates with and links to a number of third-party products and services — for example, sign-in providers (Google, Discord), our payment processor (Paddle), object storage and email-delivery providers. Your User Page may also include links to third-party websites, products, services and content of your choice.
Your use of any third-party product, service or website is governed by the terms and privacy notices of that third party, which you are responsible for reviewing and accepting. We do not control, endorse, verify, monitor or assume responsibility for third-party products, services, content, privacy practices, security, availability or performance, including anything made available through other Users’ pages or linked destinations.
We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any communication, promise, representation, offer, purchase, sale, refund, delivery, dispute, loss or damage arising between you and a third party, or between you and visitors to your User Page. Third-party services may change, suspend, restrict, fail or stop working at any time, which may affect your use of the Service, and we have no obligation to maintain any specific integration.
15. Feedback and beta features
From time to time we may offer experimental, preview or “beta” features. Beta features are provided as-is, may be unstable, may change or be removed at any time, and are not subject to any warranty, support obligation or service-level commitment. If you choose to share feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports or improvements with us about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use them freely for any purpose, without any obligation, attribution or compensation to you.
16. No professional advice
The Service, and any content we make available through it (other than your content), is provided for general informational and technical purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, psychological, regulatory, compliance or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice before acting on anything available through the Service.
17. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, error or non-performance of the Service, or any consequence of it, caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, public-health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, government action, embargoes, sanctions, changes in law, strikes, labour disputes, supply-chain disruptions, power or telecommunications failures, internet outages, denial-of-service or other cyber attacks, third-party service or infrastructure failures (including failures of cloud, hosting, payment, authentication, storage, DNS, CDN, email or analytics providers), bugs introduced by third parties, and any failure or delay caused by you or by any third party.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including (without limitation) any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, compatibility, security, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any warranty arising from course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade.
We do not warrant and expressly disclaim that the Service, any User Page, any link, any file, any image, any analytics or metric, any email, any payment flow, any backup, any cache or any third-party integration will: be uninterrupted, available, timely, error-free, complete, accurate, current, secure, free of viruses, malware or other harmful components, retained without loss, compatible with every device or browser, indexed by search engines, available in every location, free from filtering or geo-blocking by carriers, networks or platforms, or that any defect will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific result, audience, traffic, revenue, conversion, ranking or business outcome from using the Service.
We do not endorse, verify or assume responsibility for User content, for statements, claims, prices, offers, products, services, donations or transactions made by Users or by third parties, for any decision a visitor makes after seeing a User Page, or for any third-party destination, integration, advertisement, software, hardware or service. You use the Service, and any third-party product or linked destination accessed through it, entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law (such as mandatory consumer-protection rights). Where any limitation or exclusion in these Terms cannot lawfully apply to you, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Link and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors and affiliates (the “Just Link Parties”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, aggravated or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sales, business, audience, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, anticipated savings, data, content or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Service, your account, your User Page, your username, any content, any link, any third-party destination, any transaction, any payment, any visitor interaction, or any inability to access or use any of the foregoing, even if a Just Link Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
This exclusion and limitation applies to claims based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, equity or any other legal theory, and includes (without limitation) claims arising from or related to: User content, User Pages, copies, caches, archives or mirrors of User Pages; account suspension, downgrade, deactivation, termination or username reclamation; payment failures, refunds, chargebacks or pricing changes; third-party acts, omissions, integrations, services, links, advertisements or content; security incidents, data loss, data corruption or unauthorised access; downtime, latency, errors, deindexing or geo-blocking; service changes or discontinuance; and the acts, content, conduct or transactions of other Users or visitors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Just Link Parties to you, for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service in any twelve-month period, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD 50. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you and reflects the allocation of risk that you and we have agreed.
You agree to keep your own backups of any content that is important to you. We are not responsible for content, data, traffic, audience, business opportunities, revenue or other losses resulting from deletion, unavailability, corruption, suspension, termination, downgrade, filtering, deindexing, geo-blocking or delayed propagation of content, links or pages. If applicable law does not allow some or all of the limitations above, they apply only to the extent permitted.
20. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Just Link and the Just Link Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, investigations, actions, proceedings, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs of defence) arising out of or related to: (a) your content, User Page, username, links, offers, communications, transactions or dealings with visitors, customers or third parties; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; (c) your breach (or alleged breach) of these Terms, any policy referenced in them, applicable law or the rights of any person; (d) any chargeback, payment dispute, tax claim, regulatory complaint, privacy complaint, defamation claim or intellectual-property complaint connected to your account or User Page; or (e) any act or omission by anyone using your account.
We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defence and not to settle the matter without our prior written consent. Your indemnification obligations under this section survive termination of your account and these Terms.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Just Link agree that the courts of the Judicial District of Concórdia, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, expressly waiving any other forum, however privileged it may be. We may, at our sole option, bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you reside or conduct activity.
If you qualify as a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) or under mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, your non-waivable rights under those laws (including the right to file suit in your domicile) are not affected by this section.
You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against us must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective or representative action, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, except where applicable law provides a longer mandatory limitation period.
22. Final provisions
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policy referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and Just Link about the Service and supersede any prior agreements, statements or understandings on the same subject.
• Survival. Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination — including (without limitation) the licence to your content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law and these final provisions — will survive termination, suspension or expiry of your account or these Terms.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be modified, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure or delay to enforce a right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that or any other right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
• No agency / no third-party beneficiaries. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or fiduciary relationship between you and us. Except for the Just Link Parties identified above, these Terms do not create rights for any third party.
• Notices. We may give you notices by email to the address on your account, by posting a message in the Service, or by updating this page. Notices to us must be sent in writing to [email protected].
• Local laws. Where mandatory local laws apply to you and conflict with any provision of these Terms, those laws prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, and the rest of the Terms remain in force.
23. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms or want to report a violation, please contact us at [email protected].
